Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect: full name, email address and the content of your message. We do not process special categories of data or data from persons under 14 years of age.
Purpose of processing
Data collected is used exclusively to manage and respond to enquiries and quote requests submitted through the contact form. It is not used for commercial purposes or shared with third parties.
Legal basis for processing
Processing is based on the user's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given through the voluntary submission of the contact form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing our contact address.
Data retention
Data will be kept for the time necessary to handle your enquiry, and subsequently for the period legally required under applicable regulations. Once the purpose is fulfilled, data will be securely deleted.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by emailing software.bidasoa.digital@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise along with a copy of your identity document.
Data processors and international transfers
We use the following third-party services as data processors: FormSubmit.co (contact form management and email delivery), which may involve data transfer outside the European Economic Area; and Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA security service for the contact form), which processes interaction data for security purposes. We recommend consulting the privacy policies of both providers.
Complaints to the supervisory authority
If you believe your data is not being processed appropriately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) through their website www.aepd.es.
